Limber Loop (1540)

Suffolk's Limber Loop is a hands free resistance band made specifically for dancers. This band is used to stretch and increases flexibility in the legs and back. Many ballet instructors have added limber loops to their stretch classes to work on extension and placement. The loop is the perfect length for dancers to use without the danger of longer bands in the dance market that require wrapping around shoulders or arms, and can cause injury.
